A few weeks back Thomas Fogarty Winery hosted an event for brides and grooms interested in having their wedding here.  We collaborated with Janece Shellooe of Every Elegant Detail to provide several sample tables at varying price points to give the couples a better idea of what they could receiving at these different levels. Shanni Weilert of What Shanni Saw photographed the event and provided these images.

The low centerpiece had a container made out of wine corks although it is difficult to see. Flowers in this centerpiece included Japanese magnolia, succulents, and other seasonal items.

This table had three different sized ceramic containers with tulips, ranunculas, poppies, and sandersonia.

This table had a bright and bold arrangement on top of a tall candlestick that we had found in an estate sale.

Janece from Every Elegant Detail rented black china and black glassware to match the candlestick.

There were several lounge areas. This coffee table had a round arrangement of fuchsia roses and gloriosa lilies.

The second lounge area had several arrangements of carnations and gloriosa lilies.

Here are a few images of a ring bearer pillow made for an upcoming wedding.  It was knit by hand with varying sizes and colors of buttons sewn on.  The underside of the pillow has a button heart sewn onto it.

Traci’s beautiful bouquet is the Spring / Summer 2011 issue of Brides – Northern CA Magazine.  Her bouquet was made of peonies, calla lilies, ranunculus, and circus roses.  Traci and Justin’s wedding took place at James Leary Flood Mansion in San Francisco and was photographed by Janae Shields.

Here are a few bouquets for brides who were looking to go a little less traditional.  They have a few things you might not expect to see in a bridal or bridesmaid bouquet like peacock feathers, artichokes and wild raspberries.

Here is a sneak peek of Karame and Pablo’s wedding in the woods at Nestldown.  Photography is by Caroline Tran.

This photo shoot was inspired by Van Gogh’s painting The Starry Night.

Our final wedding in this series is Jeanne and Oscar from The Julia Morgan Ballroom inside the Merchants Exchange building in downtown San Francisco.  Photography is by Jesse LeakeThe bridal bouquet was made of garden roses, ranunculus, and pussy willow.  The bridesmaids bouquets were made of garden roses, ranunculus and curly willow.

There were several different types of centerpieces including tall branch arrangements in Asian inspired blue and white ceramic vases along with low mixed arrangements in utilitarian metal containers.

Clusters of modern, varying sized white ceramic vases with several stems of flowers in each were used as another type of centerpiece.

Our fourth past wedding was with Liyun and Bryant in Calistoga wine country at Hans Fahden Vineyards.  The images are from Dennis M Photography and coordination was by F. Duncan Reyes Events by Design.

Liyun’s bouquet was made of freedom, black magic, and black baccara roses, garden roses, dahlias, coxcomb, and fiddlehead ferns.

The bridesmaids carried bouquets made of roses, garden roses, dahlias, coxcomb and fiddlehead ferns.

The boutonnieres were made of fiddlehead ferns and small orchids.

The reception took place inside the wine cave at Hans Fahden Vineyards.  The tall centerpieces were made of james storey orchids and horsetail reeds.

The low centerpieces were made of several tiers of dahlias, orchids, horsetail reeds, and LEDs.

We continue the series of a few past weddings.  We have Manuella and John from Thomas Fogarty Winery near Woodside in the Santa Cruz Mountains.  The beautiful images are from Page Bertelsen.

Manuella’s bouquet was made from peonies, hydrangea, and blushing bride.

The boutonnieres were made of button mums and berries.

Mason jars, checker ribbon, and loose lavender were used down the aisle to create a vintage feel.

Mason jars with checker ribbon, peonies, hydrangea, vibernum and china berries were used to continue the clean vintage theme.

Our second wedding from the last few years in our series of past weddings is Tara and Robert.  Their wedding took place in beautiful Sonoma wine country at Viansa Winery.  Photography is by Jennifer Baciocco Photography.

Tara’s bouquet was made from blizzard, polo, vendella and garden roses along with peonies and gardenias.

Just inside the barrel room at Viansa Winery.

The bridesmaid bouquets were made from roses, hydrangea, peonies, ranunculus, and blushing bride with accents of sweet peas and mint.

The groom’s boutonniere was made of stars of Bethlehem and lily of the valley.

The arch framing the doorway at Viansa was made of roses, peonies, hydrangea, jasmine, willow branches, and amaranthus.
