Amy Burke Designs is a floral design company based in South San Francisco. At the heart of Amy Burke Designs is owner Amy Burke. She grew up in the Texas panhandle culture of old fashioned etiquette, chivalry, and where entertaining friends and neighbors is an everyday occurrence. After Texas, Amy moved on to Arizona where she put her natural ability and passion for the fine arts to use to obtain a degree in sculpture. She specialized in working with wood, metal, and natural elements. Amy worked to find ways to make each piece walk the fine line of strength, stability and ultra thin transparency. It was at this point that Amy began to work within the wedding and event industry in floral design. Amy’s work in Arizona gave her the chance to live abroad in New Zealand where she continued to pursue her passion for the arts. It was soon after her return back to the states that she moved to the San Francisco Bay Area.

Amy Burke Designs takes a true artistic approach to each event taking into account color, shape and composition. The designs result in being art inspired and very textured. The life span of this type of work comes together for a very short period to add to the joy of each event and then it is sent back to nature from where it had originated.
